Shipping Policy
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 business day from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 1 business day to process your orders. After that, it will take 1 – 2 business days for delivery in the United States.
Taxes
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at Contact@seacayago.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers.
Refunds, Returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 60 days after delivery.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Contact@seacayago.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
