Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 60 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
- The item is in new or gently used condition
- The item is returned with original packaging (where applicable)
Products that are defective, damaged, or not as described are fully eligible for return or replacement.
How to Initiate a Return

- A return shipping label is included with every order.
- We recommend using the label provided to ensure fast and trackable returns.
- If the label is lost, we can issue a replacement upon request.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged before returning.
Customers may return items using one of the following methods:
Mail: Please use the return label included in your original package. Shipments must be returned using a traceable method, such as USPS, UPS, or another insured carrier. This ensures the safe and trackable delivery of your return.
In-Store Drop-Off: Returns may also be dropped off at our physical store location during regular business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and the item in its original condition.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send a confirmation email. If the return is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size or model), please contact our customer support. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the item and its packaging. Once the issue is verified, you may use the return label included in your original package to send the item back.
Seacayago covers the full cost of return shipping in these cases. A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, and cancellations are not guaranteed if the order has already been fulfilled. If the order cannot be canceled in time, you may return it once delivered.
